In our branch in Kielce we create software for engineers – software that is always tailored to the given customer needs. Our branch in Kielce was founded in September 2014; our goal is to have 100 ­- 150 employees and the time we reach this goal depends practically only on the candidates we have and who want to join us.
 
We achieve sustainable increasing income and turnover and we plan to continue the development. Currently, we are working, among others, on modern solutions within the Internet of Things. We were looking for a place where we were able to develop the company and open our office and Kielce have “this thing”, a sort of karma. We liked the attitude of the officials, the good location and, therefore, we decided to open the branch and the outsourcing centre in Kielce. There were numerous factors supporting the decision: a non-crowded open work market; there are not too many ICT companies in Kielce to manage all the human resources and the city has a high development potential. The staff we have in Kielce is highly competent. The employees working for the TT branch in Kielce are highly qualified professionals with top skills.
 
It was not easy to find a good location for the office in Kielce and we appreciate the assistance of the Investor Assistance Centre (COI) that used to actively look for the office space for us and advised us on the advantages of our location. We could not have found a better place for the start: a better location with a higher standard. It was important, strict and intense cooperation. As a matter of fact, COI has been supporting us all the time - e.g. we applied for a project within the Horizon 2020 together. We will try to make Kielce a smart city! We can observe that in COI, the Municipal Board and the Municipal Roads Authority there are people who really want to do something positive for Kielce.
