Kielce - the capital of the Świętokrzyskie region, a business-friendly place for the sector of modern outsourcing services, manufacturing and logistics, open to innovation and modern technologies, supporting entrepreneurship, with numerous interesting sport events and cultural initiatives.   • tax exemptions - City Council Resolution No. LVII / 1121/2022 of February 17, 2022 on real estate tax exemptions for newly built buildings or their parts related to running a business in the field of production activities and the Resolution of the City Council No. LVII / 1122/2022 of February 17, 2022 on real estate tax exemption for newly constructed buildings, some of which are high-standard office space
  • support for the investment project provided by Investor Assistance Centre, both at the beginning, during and after the implementation of the project
  • tax exemption (CIT or PIT) in the frame of the Polish Investment Zone
  • cooperation with universities to adapt personnel to investor’s needs
  • programs conducted by the City and the District Employment Office which aim to create new jobs, train staff and provide additional equipment for a new job

  • the opportunity to use the EU structural funds

Entrepreneurs investing in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship can count on regional investment aid, which from January 1, 2022, amounts to 50% of the eligible costs. The maximum intensity level may be increased by 20 percentage points for micro and small enterprises and by 10 percentage points for medium-sized enterprises.
