Our company was founded in 2008. The purpose was to buy real estate property, we were carrying long negotiations that ended up in success – the building has been bought and we still have it our portfolio. We decided to run our operations in Kielce because we noticed the potential of development, especially in the sectors that, at that time, were practically non-existent in Kielce (e.g. B+ office space). It turned out that in many statistics and our observations, the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) sector has become the most dynamic industry in Poland and, therefore, we decided to attract BPO investors.
The choice of the location was simple: on the one hand we are regional patriots and, on the other hand, we noticed the potential in the market niche, which was the availability of high-class office space. Additionally, we paid attention to the extension of road infrastructure, especially in the direction of Warsaw and Krakow because good infrastructure connecting Kielce with other cities increases the opportunity of the flow of customers who plan their expansion and extension of their centres in Kielce. Companies decide to settle here also because they value the comfort and satisfaction of their employees; Kielce is a compact city, with good communication means, educational and cultural offer. Another advantage of Kielce is the number and quality of potential employees.
One of our tenants of the BPO sector, a Swedish company, UCMS, found their location in our office building with the assistance and involvement of the COI in Kielce. It is an example of a COI-supported success. Our cooperation with COI goes well; we obtain regular inquiries from potential investors via COI. What we need, is the increased investment in the city promotion, increasing the city attractiveness and the sustainable improvement of the infrastructure in the city.
