The PowerPoint presentation about the Project was shown to all interested participants. Moreover, the Project brochures were distributed to many young people who asked a lot of questions to the representatives of local JobTown coordinator.

JobTown was the first major attempt initiated by the Kielce City Hall to build partnership between entities involved in professional activation of the unemployed. The knowledge and experience of ULSG members can contribute to solve the problems of youth employment in Kielce.

Fundamental and unquestionable benefit from participation in the project is the joint effort to establish partnership relations within the Local Support Group. All the members drafted and accepted a contract on the functioning within the ULSG. The contract contains principles to be followed by all members for its functioning, among which the declaration of mutual respect and personal responsibility for the results of the work of the group.

Members of the group worked together, discussed and report their needs. All this showed that the greatest need is to create a stable platform to exchange experiences and information. The municipality considers the ULSG as an excellent base for further cooperation. Better coordination of all the institutions will not only foster the development of partnership and facilitate information-sharing, but also will help young people to find all the information they need to find a job.

The final product of JobTown project Local Action Plan, that has been developed by using participatory method. The Local Support Group meetings as well as international workshops of all Job Town network partners are key to identifying the problem areas of the labour market in Kielce, and then – set targets opposing diagnosed problems. The dialogue between the members of group at the local level and the partners at international level have contributed to clarification of the most important actions that should be taken to improve the situation of young people in Kielce.

All of the objectives and proposed actions have outcome indicators, the institutions responsible for implementing the measures and indicators of the product. The LAP includes methods of financing the activities, mainly from "Integrated Territorial Investments of Kielce Functional Area". Integrated Territorial Investments instrument enables delegation of tasks related to the implementation of operational programmes (e.g. selection of projects, preparation of project selection criteria, etc.) at a lower level than the regional, in order to carry out integrated projects, combining measures financed by the European Regional Development Fund and the European Social Fund.
