Business infrastructure is one of Kielce’s strong points. The investment projects planned for the next years include the construction of A-class buildings with a surface area of 24,000 square meters. Today, the total available office space (mostly in B+/B-class buildings) amounts to 63,000 m2. Kielce’s office property market still offers highly competitive prices, especially when compared to mature markets such as Warsaw, Wroclaw, Poznan or Krakow. Average lease rates in the city amount to ca. PLN 38 per m2.

In 2019, the amount of PLN 214 105 564.45 was spent as part of 28 property projects co-financed or planned for co-financing with funds from the European Union. These investments were implemented mainly under the Regional Operational Program of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship for 2014-2020 and the Operational Program Eastern Poland 2014-2020. The Municipal Road Administration and Public Transport Authority had the largest share in their implementation.
